Yes, you can delete your data individually/manually or delete all the data by deleting your account. The option can be found on the Settings page.
No, our credit system requires you to precharge your account in advanced, and the credit are non-refundable.
We can only refund the credits that were used to your active balance if the AI task was not completed successfully.
Please be aware that if the AI task is finished successfully but the result is of poor/bad quality,
it will still be counted a success and your account will be credited accordingly.
This is a result of the unpredictable nature of current AI technology.
